Ganz Transformers and Rotating Machines Ltd. is looking for a strategically efficient Business Development Manager to join our Sales Department.

As a Business Development Manager, your duties and responsibilities include ensuring that the revenue boost and profitability ratio increases. You will be responsible for the Rotating Machines (generators and motors) and the Services business unit’s business enhancement.

You are expected to develop relationships with our partners and customers for the long term in the EMEA region. You should be well aware of the new marketing methods and trends. You should also provide the best solutions for the growth of our company.



  • Builds market position by locating, developing, and defining new business relationships.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Evaluates options and resolve internal priorities
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BA in business administration or a related field
  • MSc or Bsc engineering degree is an advantage (electrical or mechanical)
  • 5 years of sales experience
