Our company is seeking to hire an Export Sales Manager who will be responsible for strengthen our sales team work in different EMEA countries (you will be responsible for France/Spain/Portugal and North Africa sales targets). You will work often in our Budapest office but to travel the aforementioned target countries shall be frequently happened for sure.

You will be in charge of meeting planned goals, and coordinating your actions on the target markets. You will be also responsible to oversee the activities and performance of your target countries by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and coordinate agents. In order to be successful in this role, you will need willingness to travel (approx. 12-15/annual). Understanding the energy sector, its players and also you will need experience in a sales-related role.



  • Managing sales activities by developing your business plan that covers sales and revenue
  • Managing and coordinating your agents on your market (recruit, support)
  • Promote the business units (transformers,  rotating machines, services) on the market
  • Preparing commercial quotations
  • Checking contract commerical terms and conditions
  • Meet to the planned sales goals and budgets
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of your own sales activities
  • Promoting the company and its products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Collaboration with other business units


  • You must have native Hungarian language knowledge
  • You must have Master or Bachelor’s degree in related field (electrical or mechanical engineer)
  • Fluent English language skill is mandatory (French or Spanish knowledge is advantage)
  • Entrepreneur and stakeholder behaviour
  • Experience in implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide great customer service
  • Standalone working with the support of the company’s business units
