Our company is seeking to hire a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the work of the Quality Team located in Tápiószele.


  • Create annual training plan with the involvement of other contributing organizational units. This includes recurring Quality /Health & Safety / Environment management trainings and other standalone trainings based on unique predefined needs.
  • Collaborate with organizational units: HR, H&S management, Environment management, Quality, Factories, Engineering Office.
  • Organize and administrate induction Quality Management System trainings for new employees.
  • Plan and administrate NCR corrective action related trainings and case study trainings by Quality Control and E&C (erection and commissioning).
  • Seek and involve external parties to conduct specialist trainings.
  • Provide training statistics about the completion status of the training plan as input to management reviews.
  • Act as the administrator of Q-Pulse Training module.

Recuirements, educations:

  • Higher education (University, College), preferably quality management
  • Hungarian native speaker, with good knowledge of English
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience, minimum 1 year in similar training position
  • Driving license
  • Usage of MS Office
